My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2023

Started the day with some stretching, those dead hangs are working those shoulders out. Then it was about 3 miles on the treadmill adding to that activity.

Then I finished the day out in the weightroom, lots of legs with some curls thrown in, and then a nice dinner afterwards, crab cakes, good stiff!

Keep on moving!
