Today was a lot more meetings, and I didn't get a chance to walk around campus as much as usual. Many were video conference calls.
However, my buddy couldn't make it again for two days in a row for the weightroom, and I needed a workout. So, I did a quick HIIT routine that included heavy bag kickboxing combined with lighter weight reps, only fifteen pounds dumbells, so light weight.
Hopefully, the burn will last for a while to drop some of this extra weight.
Just keep on pushing my friends.
