Today was not too bad of a day. Got some housework done. Also cooked dinner for the family and then played some games with the kids.
I did get a heavy bag workout in, not just boxing though, it was a good Muay Thai workout, mostly just doing some combos that included both lead and rear roundhouse kicks, which got the blood pumping. A little high, I ended up hitting 191 with the pulse, hopefully I will see some increases in the cardio.
Anyway, just keep moving into the next week, push those limits.
