My Actifit Report Card: May 13 2024

Today was an interesting day, no walking around campus for me, they are installing new air conditioners in the building so I was working from home.

That means that I got some walking around that was nice, but the big activity chunk came from the weightroom. Pause front squats, a lot of glute bridges, burpees, and push-ups, good chance I will be sore in the morning.

Add in some needed stretching, hamstrings and shoulders are tight,that finished out the day.
