Today was decently busy around the house. I was able to finish off a pork shoulder on the smoker, which was tasty! Then did some dishes and cleaning, along with mounting a fan on the wall.
Add in a quick boxing routing on the heavy bag and that was the heavy aerobics for the day.
I also did a good amount of stretching as well to round it out.
