Today was busier than i thought it was, that does happen though.
We had an off-site departmental retreat today that was productive, it included a good amount of walking so that added up more than I thought.
Then when I got home it was off to the weightroom, had a couple different rows and a couple skull crushers, throw in some squats and step ups you have a workout!
Just keep moving and you can surprise yourself,
