Today was a good day, kind of, around campus it was good, decent drive in, got some good stretching in, shoulders are still sore, but it is okay.
Then, the wind came, fifty to fifty five miles per hour, gale force winds, it was rough walking against those!
After getting home, where it has begun to snow, i made it to the weight room. Leg day, squats, step ups, along with burpees. Then, we had a couple of different shoulder exercises, which felt pretty good, finishing with some superman holds.
