Today was not too bad of a day, well after work. During work I had like six hours of meetings, that are never fun!
I did get to walk around campus, which was nice, just not a lot, but when I got home, I did get some cleaning done. Then, made it to the weightroom.
Deep squats started it off, then, not too bad of a workout, a couple different teicep exercises, so bicycle crunches, some pull-ups. The worst one, jumping alternating lunges, it just made everything hurt!
