I played a couple of rounds of disc golf with my friends today. I won both rounds but didn't play very well in the second round. I think I was a bit tired by then.
My Fitbit told me I was overtraining. I think I will take a rest day tomorrow. I have a couple of very difficult tournament rounds this weekend. It is always harder for me to play a tournament round, but I enjoy it a lot.
A caboose near the disc golf course yesterday:
I thought that it was interesting to see a caboose since I don't remember that last time I saw one. Later on that day, I saw a couple of people standing on the back of the caboose when the train was backing up through town.

I believe I've seen this same green caboose up at the Canadian border in the little town of Sumas occasionally my friend!😄

I am feeling a little better after experiencing great frustration because of the situation I am in, my mother passed away a few days ago after trying her best to fight her cancer.

Cancer is a very terrible disease, just thinking about it makes me feel anxious and frustrated.
