The four of us played disc golf at our favorite course. The weather was a bit cold but it was very nice for this time of year.
I came in second. I could have done a bit better but ended up missing a lot of short putts that I know I should have been able to make. It was really fun to be out on the couse.
Partway through the round my phone kept beeping and it was a bit distracting for me. I have had a lot of things to deal with recently and the phone is something that kind of gets to me at this point. I have decided to leave it on vibration only in the future and just check it when I have some time.

May you could go one further and turn the phone off completely for an hour or two. Remember when phones were stuck on the walls at our home or sitting on a table in the living room or bedroom??? LOL.... if we weren't home, we couldn't hear it when it rang. I think we should take back a little of our time to focus on things we need or love to do and to be able to concentrate just on that for a little while with no interruptions.
