Actifit report card: marzo 20 2025

Today was a double day at work, and this leads to more fatigue, but looking at it positively, it helps me to add more steps to my training.

The idea I have is to reach 15,000 steps a day if possible. Maybe in autumn, when the weather is friendlier, I can make this dream a consolidated habit.

My lunch today, lettuce salad, tomato, grilled chicken, boiled eggs and a vinaigrette of honey and mustard, which left me like a baby after taking the bottle.

Then a pear smoothie with some yogurt for snack and dinner at the same time and start my fasting time until tomorrow.


Hoy tocó doble jornada en el trabajo, y esto conlleva a más cansancio, pero viéndolo de manera positiva, me ayuda a sumar más pasos a mi entrenamiento.#spanish

La idea que tengo es llegar a los 15 mil diarios de ser posible.

Quizás en otoño, cuando el clima sea más amigable pueda hacer de este sueño un hábito consolidado.

Mi almuerzo de hoy, ensalada de lechuga, tomate, pollo a la plancha, huevos sancochados y una vinagreta de miel y mostaza, que me dejó como bebé luego de tomar el biberón.


Ya luego un batido de peras con un poco de yogurt para merendar y cenar al mismo tiempo y empezar mi tiempo de ayuno hasta mañana.
