That is so cool. I've been wanting to try something like this with both plants and minerals for art pigments.
Just make sure that you use separate equipment when you do it. I try to only use "edibles" - but you never know. Better not to mix with food stuff...
Right. As a matter of fact, I found an old pot to use with this just yesterday. Have you ever watched Jonna Jinton?
She makes her own pigments from nature and berries. Love, love, love this idea.
I think it kind of goes back to childhood playing with mud patties and mixing in plants and flowers.
