Bailoterapia en el Jardin de Infancia con mis hijas [Esp/Eng]

Hoy fue un día diferente para mí y mis niñas, no es común que yo haga este tipo de actividades, ya que les soy sincera, cuando he participado en un evento de este tipo, ando perdida, será que no les llevo el ritmo del instructor que guía. He sentido como que todos me miran lo que hago, tal vez estoy equivocada, sin embargo, quise darme una nueva oportunidad, les cuento que está bailoterapia tenía varios días programada.

Las maestras hicieron hincapié en que cada representante del preescolar llevará su paño para secarse el sudor, agua para hidratarse, además de llevar ropa cómoda y zapatos. Con esas sugerencias pude organizarme, y de esta manera ir acorde a la actividad deportiva, vestí a mis niñas y nos fuimos al jardín de infancia.

Al llegar allí, observó que no ha llegado casi gente, la hora de comienzo era a las 8:00 am, pero se tuvo que esperar a los representantes y las personas de la bailoterapia, porque aún no hacían acto de presencia. Las maestras se excusaron, a lo que fue llegando las personas y los de la bailoterapia.

Comenzó el evento a las 9:30 am aproximadamente en el garaje de la institución al aire libre, habían como veinte madres con sus niños aproximadamente. Nos saludaron los instructores, dieron palabras con la intención de familiarizar con todas las mujeres que estábamos ahí, para estrechar lazos de amistad con los involucrados en la actividad…

La bailoterapia empezó con ejercicios de calentamiento, para evitar lesiones que puedan perjudicar el caminar, mover nuestro cuerpo, cabeza, después de la actividad física. Luego se fueron agregando los movimientos paulatinamente al ritmo de la música, ellos nos indicaban que realizar, fueron muy creativos.

Se bailó merengue, salsa y otros géneros escogidos por ellos,me sentí feliz, alegre, me libere de tensiones, como reí.Lo bueno de esta actividad en la escuela es que la pude compartir con mis niñas, ellas estaban emocionadas, disfrutaron la bailoterapia de principio a fin al igual que yo.

Valió la espera de los que dirigieron la bailoterapia, saben manejar grupos pude observar. Para finalizar puedo decir que hay que hacer deporte, porque es bueno para la salud, el elegir la bailoterapia representa una forma de distraerse, dejando a un lado todo lo que lo agobia para sentirse mejor consigo mismo.

Salir de la rutina diaria un rato, el escuchar la música y dejarse llevar por ella, te saca una sonrisa, es una terapia para sentirse mejor , lo que me gusta también de la bailoterapia es que cualquier individuo sin importar el sexo, edad la puede realizar ya que hoy en el kinder lo pude ver. Otra cosa interesante de está actividad física es que al estar con muchas personas bailando es un buen método para combatir la timidez y atreverse a realizar acciones que normalmente no se ejecutan, lo cual es beneficioso para uno.

Me queda la satisfacción y las ganas de participar en otra bailoterapia nuevamente, me despido hasta una próxima publicación.

Today was a different day for me and my girls, it is not common for me to do this type of activities, because I am honest, when I have participated in an event of this type, I am lost, maybe I do not keep the rhythm of the instructor who guides them. I have felt like everyone is looking at what I do, maybe I am wrong, however, I wanted to give myself a new opportunity, I tell you that this dance therapy was scheduled for several days.

The teachers emphasized that each representative of the preschool should bring a cloth to dry their sweat, water to hydrate themselves, as well as comfortable clothes and shoes. With those suggestions I was able to organize myself, and in this way go according to the sport activity, I dressed my girls and we went to the kindergarten.

When we got there, we noticed that almost no people had arrived, the starting time was at 8:00 am, but we had to wait for the representatives and the people from the dance therapy, because they were still not present. The teachers excused themselves, as the people and the people from the dance therapy began to arrive.

The event began at 9:30 am approximately in the garage of the institution outdoors, there were about twenty mothers with their children. We were greeted by the instructors, gave words with the intention of familiarizing with all the women who were there, to strengthen ties of friendship with those involved in the activity ....

The dance therapy began with warm-up exercises, to avoid injuries that may impair walking, moving our body, head, after physical activity. Then the movements were added gradually to the rhythm of the music, they told us what to do, they were very creative.

We danced merengue, salsa and other genres chosen by them, I felt happy, joyful, I got rid of tensions, I laughed, the good thing about this activity at school is that I could share it with my girls, they were excited, they enjoyed the dance therapy from beginning to end as I did.

It was worth the wait for those who led the dance therapy, they know how to manage groups, I could observe. To conclude I can say that you have to do sports, because it is good for your health, choosing dance therapy is a way to distract yourself, leaving aside everything that weighs you down to feel better about yourself.

Getting out of the daily routine for a while, listening to the music and letting yourself be carried away by it, makes you smile, it is a therapy to feel better, what I also like about dance therapy is that any individual regardless of sex, age can do it since today in kindergarten I could see it. Another interesting thing about this physical activity is that being with many people dancing is a good method to combat shyness and dare to perform actions that are not normally executed, which is beneficial for one.

I am left with the satisfaction and the desire to participate in another dance therapy again, I say goodbye until a future publication.
