Hello actifiters!
I am posting about my daily routine towards a better, more active and productive life.
Today, my routine went as follows.
In the Morning:
I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:
- Waking up early
- Drinking water to hydrate my body from a long night sleep
- Exercising for 10 minutes
- Having a great breakfast
Then I reviewed my plan for the day and went for it!
Did some computer related tasks.
As it is the beginning of the month, I did my monthly financial transactions and did my monthly budget.
In the afternoon:
Had lunch at 13:00.
I went for some groceries.
I drove my bike to Lima River in Ponte da Barca where I spent the rest of the afternoon with my little lovely daughter.
At night:
Had dinner at 21:00
Prepared my plan for the next day.
Did my calm and meditation Ritual.
Seizing the day:
Today was such a wonderful day! I managed my time to do it all!
