I started regular Pilates exercises. Sitting work takes its toll. I need to strengthen (or discover…) my core muscles. Walking / hiking is not enough, even if my daily average is 19-20k steps.
After 3 sessions with an instructor I am starting to feel some muscles I didn’t know that existed;-)
