I sacrificed my Sunday today to onboard someone and @hiveonboard has not resolved the referral page yet. So I tried via @ecency and there was a failure message of not having enough EP whatever that means, so I got to my last resort @actifit cause I had only positive experiences so far but was disappointed today, contacted the team via discord but have not received any answer yet, hope I gonna get one tomorrow before meeting the onboardee again in the evening.

It happened usually instantly but this time something is not working at least it takes longer than expected. Did you have similar problems with onboarding processes? I'm since 2017 on hive and I didn't expected it still to be so complicated, I'm not a layperson anymore so I totally understand why someone who has no experience yet with web3 does need someone for help.
