My Actifit Report Card: February 18 2023

After waking up in the morning, my activity starts. I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and went to the mosque to offer the Fajr prayer. I walk to Fajr prayer and from there my exercise starts.

After finishing Fajr prayer I came home on foot and then finished my breakfast and left for office on foot.. Since our minimum 30 minutes of walking every day is very important, I always try to walk to office and do every task on foot.

As a result, our body will be good as well as a good amount of activity. Regular walking increases the blood circulation in our body and our body by regular walking increases the blood circulation in our body and our body is high.Stay away from blood pressure. Moreover, walking is the best exercise which enables our body to maintain fitness and we can get a fat free body.

We consume a variety of fatty foods every day. All the foods that accumulate in our belly fat after eating. As a result, we suffer from stomach ailments and various stomach problems.

If we regularly walk after meals to control our diet and follow a daily routine, our body will be fine..

So along with a balanced diet every day, exercise is important to improve our body and health. So you also exercise and walk a lot every day to improve your health. Wishing you good health and good health. Thanks everyone.
