Hola estoy feliz muy feliz hoy pude llegar temprano a mi hogar dulce hogar mi esposo y mis hijos también están contentos así que este es mi reporte del día para justificar mis caminatas me di cuenta que si estoy rebajando la barriga porque veo que logré bajar una talla eso significa que si estoy rebajando. Claro no estoy comiendo azúcar y si puedo evitar lo hago además también estoy comiendo más balance.
Bueno nos vemos mañana voy a disfrutar de mi familia
