Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️. Jueves de trote junto a Jhojan.P . Esta vez salimos un poco más tarde que las últimas veces "5:55am", pero aun así cumpliendo con la rutina. Se espera que para la próxima vez se nos vuelva a unir más personas a tratar. Por lo momento seguimos manteniendo nuestro recorrido de trote y 15 metros de "sprint" hasta "Conjunto Residencial Villa Betania I". De regreso también trotamos y 10 metros de "sprint" finales hasta llegar al punto de partida. Mi compañero ha mostrado mejoría en su resistencia, sintiéndose capaz de trotar un poco e igual a mi persona 🔥🏃🏻‍♂️.
