Lots of water over the track in our local nature reserve, a little bit exciting to see something different from usually dry river bed.
And a mushroom ring, I am quessing, that means there used to be a tree there.
Fitness wise, it was a morning run in the rain and the afternoon stroll with a bit of house and yardwork work in between.
