We had some overnight rain, which made everything look fresh and colourful. I had a pretty good activity count day with an easy morning run and an afternoon stroll.
We are pretty lucky having a nature reserve close by. Other than my fitness workouts, it was some house and yard chores as well as a visit to my son place to deliver and set up a new clothes dryer.

Those large pebbles... were they put there by man or naturally occurring?
Generally those stones always look more beautiful wet.
Both man made the first my front yard and the one with the leaf is a fire trail in the nature reserve.

Indeed! Because I was about to say that those look like river pebbles! I would have guessed that they got there via landscaping instead of by force of nature! Hehe.
But it looks great!
Indeed they are, clever pick up, cost me a small fortune many years ago, though I would not like to try and buy them now.
