A little warmer today so we headed out to the Sugar Shack to check on the progress of the Maple Syrup.
The Sap is starting to flow again so we’ll have lots of fresh Maple Syrup on the weekend.
Time to have a big pancake breakfast.
I have started to use Maple syrup in my coffee instead of brown sugar and it is delicious.
The 1st time I tried Maple syrup in my coffee was at a small cafe in Annapolis Maryland… about 25 years ago now. They had Vermont Maple syrup and it was very good.
Perfect day for a long walk on the Sugar Maple trails here today….
