Tuesday ☀️ 5130

A cold, damp, and dreary morning greeted me like an unwelcome guest. I dragged myself out just long enough for a bare-minimum Actifit round, feeling the weight of fatigue pressing harder with every step. Something wasn’t right, perhaps the sly sickness goblin had snuck in while I wasn’t looking. My throat tickled, my body ached, and even my coffee failed to spark its usual magic. I hoped a long nap might banish the unwelcome visitor before it made itself too comfortable. The pictures from the Wall of Fame show that goblin who captured my health: grim with the quiet dread of a looming monster cold. Sometimes, your body insists on rest before it waves the white flag. Today felt like one of those days and sadly it endet with a few energy sucking chills, good night health.
