Voltei de férias recentemente, e ninguém cuidou da área que o Movimento Tempo de Plantar tem aqui no Lago Sul/DF, então tô aproveitando o tempo livre que ainda me resta (volto a trabalhar segunda feira) pra dar uma atenção pras bichinhas, que vão muito bem 🙌.
Mas comecei o dia com exercícios físicos, inclusive pulei corda, mas foi pouco.
Arrumei a casa, deixei tudo bonitinho.
Antes de ir cuidar das mudas na nossa área comunitária, fui ao mercado, 6 quadras caminhando, ida e volta.
Em seguida fui cuidar das mudas: fiquei 3 horas, (16h às 19h) na área, coroei muitos berços.
O de hoje está pago!
Agora é voltar pra casa. Até a próxima!
