Sorry I haven’t posted for a wile!
Today was a quiet day I have a hard time starting exercising again but I decided to take it easy with just a small walk on the top of the cliff to enjoy the views. I’ve always find it easier to work out if there’s something to look forward at the end of it.
Does anyone else have the same lack of motivation issues?
