My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2025

evening walk, helping collect donation money for the meditation center

Dear friends,

Yesterday evening, I walked 0.71 mile as an exercise. I felt better and lighter when I woke up in the next day; I need to keep up with this.

And in the morning, because it was the last day of 10 days meditation session, the yogis were allowed to speak and communicate with other people. Donation money were collected from them based on their volition. During, this ten days meditation session, the center used solar power solely - no electricity from the grid or generator was used. And I rececied some good reviews on the used-oil stove that I had built for the center - it is easy to kindle, and we don't need a person to look after the stove like that of wooden stove. I returned home after having lunch and meeting.
