Volunteering at the meditation center, preparing strawberry leather

Dear Friends,

Yesterday, I went shopping in the morning and at about noon, I went to the meditation center to help with the installation of piping lines for a basin, and two urinals, and the installation of electrical cable to the newly built three yogi rooms. It took me the whole afternoon and I arrived back home at about 7.00 PM. Yesterday was day -1 of the 10 days meditation session; so we were making ready for it.

Then, at home, I prepared to make strawberry leather.I simmered the strawbeery at about 80 degree Celcius and then crushed them with a blender and simmered it again.

Tomorrow, I will mix with some sugar and let it evaporate until I got some thick puree. After that, I will dehydrate it with my dehydrator.

Those are some of the activities for yesterday.
