I can't say that there was any real reason. I got sidetracked on to other things. Posting on different social media like tiktok and twitter. I thought a lot about posting, I often don't know what to say and I know technically when doing the Actifit I can write very little, but I like to write something more and post pictures and have something to say. So it was just enough work and usually at the end of the day when I'm done with everything and want to stop using my mind or fall asleep. It doesn't take a huge amount of effort, but just enough that it stops me from doing it. And honestly, I've done this all my life with all types of things too. Being into doing something and then one day not feeling any interest and then it starts back up again.
