As mentioned in the post above, actifit runs on hive as a master blockchain, we are supporting steem as a legacy blockchain. You need to have a hive account to properly use actifit. It's up to the user to opt out of the steem part.
in terms of tokens, we have already created AFIT and AFITX on hive-engine, we mentioned this in last week's announcement so feel free to refer back to it.
