Bouncing back

It is always difficult to bounce back from the bottom you touch. Not a bottom as such but it was not easy for me to wake up and go to gym yesterday.

Literally, I had to bounce myself up overcoming the sleep and exhaustion I had. Once bouncing up, everything fell into order. A proper fast walking session with sauna to conclude the guilt. I need these Sundays.

Mondays hit different though. Let’s see how I manage to spend today.
