Hi Everyone! Happy Sunday. Welcome back and welcome to today’s Actifit report.
It’s a beautiful day today. And for my workout I did stretching, warmup exercises and a god walk around the neighborhood. Another beautiful weather i enjoyed as I made my walking activity.
Later went to the park and walked two times around and settled for a cold melon drink to quench my thirst. That was refreshing.
