Hi Everyone! Happy Monday. Hope all’s well. Thanks for stopping by and welcome back to another new Actifit report for the day.
Started this morning with stretching and warmup exercises then on to a long walk around the neighborhood. It sprinkled a little when I started out but few minutes later the suddenly came down and was starting to brighten the day with warm sunshine. So, that was great; enjoyed the walk.
Later went to do some errands and returned home prepping for dinner.
