Welcome back and welcome to another Actifit report.
I started at noon today. And I did stretching and warmup exercises. Then later went for a walk around the neighborhood. It was bright warm and sunny. Walking workout was great.
Stayed home resting and relaxing watching news and shows on Netflix.
Looking forward for the weekend. Iβm sure you do too.
