Hace tiempo unos compañeros de entrenamiento me invitaban a entrenar, practicar y hacer freestyle en casa de uno de nuestros compañeros, porque allí tiene una barra alta y varios colchones donde podemos estar seguros de muchas posibles caídas, donde practicamos movimientos complejos con la libertad y confianza de que en cada caída estaríamos a salvo.Cordial Greetings!!
Actifit Community. I'm @rousbertsw99. Some time ago some training partners were inviting me to train, practice and freestyle at the house of one of our partners, because there he has a high bar and several mattresses where we can be sure of many possible falls, where we practice complex movements with the freedom and confidence that in every fall we would be safe.
Salí de mi casa a las 4 PM donde tuve que caminar 2 KM para encontrarme con mi compañero (@isaac-mir) para ir a la casa donde practicaremos, es bastante lejos por lo que tardamos como hora y media en llegar a nuestro destino a paso firme.
I left my house at 4 PM where I had to walk 2 KM to meet my partner (@isaac-mir) to go to the house where we will practice, it is quite far so it took us about an hour and a half to reach our destination at a steady pace.
Al llegar, nos reunimos con otros atletas y comenzamos a sacar y acomodar las colchonetas, luego calentamos y comenzamos nuestra práctica de Freestyle.
Upon arrival, we met up with other athletes and began to take out and arrange the mattresses, then we warmed up and began our Freestyle practice.
Por la noche, tras acabar cansados y doloridos, guardamos los colchones y cada uno se dirigió a su casa, donde mi compañero y yo salimos de nuevo a paso ligero para evitar los posibles peligros de la noche. Gracias a Dios llegamos al punto de encuentro, nos despedimos y fuimos directos a nuestra casa. Sin más, ¡Cuídense! Y nos vemos en un próximo reportaje.
At night, after finishing tired and sore, we put away the mattresses and each one of us headed for home, where my partner and I left again at a fast pace to avoid the possible dangers of the night.
