¡Saludos! Comunidad Actifit. Soy @rousbertsw99. Mi informe Actifit de ayer, empezó a las 8 de la mañana donde comencé mi actividad diaria. Cuando me levanto me preparo, desayuno y voy a la estación de autobuses para tomar el autobús que me lleva a la universidad.

Greetings!! Actifit Community. I'm @rousbertsw99. My Actifit report for yesterday, started at 8 AM where I started my daily activity. When I wake up I get ready, have breakfast and go to the bus station to take the bus to the university.

Cuando salí de la Universidad y llegué a casa, me tomé un descanso y me preparé para ir a entrenar, allí me reuní con mis compañeros de entrenamiento e hicimos varios trucos, combos y prácticas estáticas.

When I left the University and arrived home, I took a break and got ready to go to training, there I met my training partners and we did several tricks, combos and practice statics.

Después, cada uno se fue a entrenar por su cuenta, aunque seguimos bromeando juntos hasta que llegó la hora de volver a casa.

Afterwards, everyone went to train on their own, although we continued to joke around together until it was time to go home.
