Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was very nice and sunny today, I walked and enjoyed the sun. I walked for about 90 minutes and managed to get over 10K.
It's been 45 days since I quit smoking and every day I feel better and healthier, life without cigarettes is truly a wonderful life, I wish I had quit much earlier. If you smoke, I strongly recommend you to quit.
