I did the usual course with the boys this afternoon, and I was exhausted before the start, but we made it home.
@daniel-san had the best time. He pedaled, sang and laughed the whole time he was on the saddle.
I've been looking for a matching racing tire for the back of my recent Huffy Comp that I purchased at the swap meet a few weeks back. No luck finding a match for the front tire, so I went with a NOS Intense tire that has been hanging for 15 or 16 years.
I ordered a 17" 28.6 seatpost so I can get full leg extension on my pedal strokes.
The bike was in decent shape when I purchased it, but it looks cooler with some thin racing tires, and it will be super comfortable ride with the seatpost upgrade.
Here is the pic photo from the swap meet a couple weeks back.
Much thicker tires have been removed, the front flat has been repaired and the chain is lubed.
I'm beat street and feel like laying down, but still have a few hours to bust ass.
