Most of today's steps were accumulated pushing the little man around the neighborhood and around the park.
I converted one of the 16" specialized hot rocks purchased at the swap meet to an adult rig for me to ride around the front yard with the boys. @daniel-san and I did about 50 laps on the driveway and sidewalk this afternoon.
I actually did a short ride through two neighborhoods this evening and it was an exhausting spinning class ride, but so easy to ride wheelies.
All three boys and I walked to the park this evening. The little guy walked up the steps of the slides for the first time this evening.
