I walked 9000 steps around the neighborhood park this evening and I had just finished texting with a friend about one of our classmates passing away early this morning from a heart attack.
What I'm hearing is that he didn't feel well early this morning, so he got out of bed and sat in a chair. His wife got up few hours later and found him non responsive in the chair.
I'm shocked and sad.
I did a lot of hard labor in the yard today, but it doesn't count for quality @actifit steps.
I just finished walking around the house for a couple thousand steps.
