I've switched to jogging for last 2 days.
Cycling is fun but takes more time & need quite time - you can't cycle in the middle of the day.
and for cycling, you have to wake up as early as 4 AM

Ahh, that will be stressful because early morning sleep is important and essential. I like as you discovered those things by yourself. It shows how smart you are. Jogging is good. Sometimes, i do add legwalk and crunchystomach too
