RE: Garden and Knitting: September 25 2020

in Actifit4 years ago (edited)

Over the years, attempts have been made by various people to teach me how to knit, but it never really sunk in until I was 60 years old. I have not progressed beyond one basic stitch, and I have only made dishcloths, but I am terribly proud of them! My sister, who successfully taught me how to knit, has been knitting for years. She makes socks, sweaters, baby clothes, shawls, and all sorts of other things. I don't even know how to read a pattern. Maybe some day I will. On the other hand, I've been gardening for years, and have posted several gardening reports on Hive over the summer. Perhaps you've seen some of them. I hope to write up another one tomorrow.
