By the end of the day I hit 20K steps. I'm not used to getting so many steps and I'm a bit more tired than usual.
It seems like a tiring day but has tremendous benefits such as enjoying the game of golf and the body is healthy because it moves a lot. Glad to hear your golf story today @lightsplasher!
