Proud of you as a friend and its worth to be proud, you were active which means you were productive. 12k is huge for me and I only can achieve that in my dream because I'm lazy and comfort lover person recently I've gain 2kg more weight and I'm 9kg overweight than my height and its not new as I'm suffering from overweight since my college life. This is the punishment of lazy lifestyle I'm having!
