Over in Hungary, they don’t have protective guardrails on the older tall buildings! Hungarians figure you need to be responsible for yourself!

That is why the state/federal government is there to make sure we are protected. Those older tall buildings need to be fixed! But it doesn't remove personal responsibility to be safe always! Just saying.

      I’m afraid of heights @silversaver888, so I would not go up on tall buildings without railings!😳
