I remember last Fall my sciatica flared up…..😳
I couldn’t walk very far, so I carried a collapsible stool with me so I could sit when I had to….. even during rain storms!😅

Taking care of that sciatica is indeed a good thing, and resting at time is better then pushing through and breaking stuff...

It took me from late october, till early January to recover!!!😅
I completely recovered 100% but it was scary !😅💪
