I've been trying to stretch every morning but I'm not consistent at doing it. My back and lower hip area flare up a lot. Maybe I need to do some exercise to strengthen some of these muscles. What can flare things up for me is constantly being pulled a bit off balance when holding the dog leash. Other times I have no idea either.

Stretching definitely helps my friend!😊
Liz has been hurting more recently and her work has limited the days she can hike…….
I think that has contributed to her pain!πŸ™„
