Well, I haven't had the need, since I have my crypto-loving jungle neighbor who does it for me. As to knowing other people, not specifically any that have used decentralized exchanges to convert to crypto,which is likely due to not being able to connect a bank account to a DEX.πππβ¨π€
It's absolutely ridiculous that they don't have a solid team and program set up to efficiently and effectively handle user issues! πππβ¨π€
