What's up people? I'm still working out every few days but I'm not doing cardio as much so I usually don't have sufficent steps to post. Today was back, biceps and shoulders day with some walking afterwards. Here's my result for the day:

Back:

Lat pulldown: 3 X 12 (45kg)
Deadlift: 3 X 12 (60kg)
Seated rows: 3 X 12 (60kg)

Biceps:

Biceps curl: 4 X 12 (12kg)
Hammer curl: 3 X 12 (12kg)

Forearm:

Palms-up wrist curl: 3 X 12 (10kg)
Palms-down wrist curl: 3 X 12 (10kg)

Shoulders:

Dumbell shoulder press: 3 X 18 (12kg)
Dumbell lateral raise: 3 X 10 (12kg)
Bent-over dumbell lateral raise: 2 X 12 (12kg)

Cardio:

Walking: 40 min

Total steps: 7670

Btw. still not eating clean, holidays left some impact 😅
