Running

There was quite some wind so despite of the 1'35"/lap instead of 1'33"/lap I decided to stay with my friend Sion instead of going solo hoping that he'd increase pace in the second half. Unfortunately we spotted down to 1'36"-1'37" and even slower in lap 18-21. The last 4 laps I went off alone and only my finish in 1'30" could bring me just under 40'. A disenchantment because more was in it, but wondering where I've lost 1'40" compared to last year... #AliveAndThriving #alive
