Today around midday we went for a walk in the forest. At some point it started to rain. Not suddenly, more like it slowly settled in. The whole day stayed like that—grey, damp, without much light.
I was prepared this time. Not completely dry, but protected enough. Still, the cold and the moisture affected my knee more than in the past days. It felt different. More present.
Tomorrow I have an appointment with my general practitioner. I’m curious what he will say. The orthopedist will take a while, so I’m hoping to start physiotherapy sooner.
It’s not dramatic.
But it’s becoming persistent.
And that changes
how you move through the day.

Rain like that can either be soothing or an irritant, depending on your point of view.
Hope things go well with your knee. Good job with your 6380 @actifit steps for the day. Take care!
Thanks. I don’t usually mind the rain as long as I’m wearing the right clothes. I was at the doctor’s today. It doesn’t seem too bad. Physiotherapy and plenty of exercise. I’ve done everything right so far, even if it hurts.
Glad it isn't too serious. Take care and feel better!
